My holistic approach is shaped by professional study, scientific research, philosophy, nature, creativity and lived experience.
It is a joy and honour to support others, with the intention of offering a space free from judgement - where individuals can find meaning, integration and a sense of calm.
Grounded in natural empathy, creative expression, Ayurvedic knowledge and a deep sense of care, Jenni’s work is both intuitive and informed. She is a qualified transpersonal art therapist, psychotherapist and holistic counsellor, supporting and inspiring personal transformation.
Jenni offers an eclectic and thoughtfully curated range of approaches, drawing on psychology, philosophy and complementary therapies. Through mindfulness, holistic health practices and creative exploration - including art, nature and movement - she supports each individual’s unique journey of healing and discovery.
Her work creates pathways for self-awareness, healing and conscious change, through both individual support and group programs.
Programs are designed to gently guide individuals towards their inner wisdom and highest potential - supporting them to navigate life’s challenges with clarity, resilience and practical tools. Held within a safe, compassionate and nurturing environment, this work encourages growth, self-understanding and a deeper sense of purpose.
Jenni believes in empowering individuals through self-discovery - supporting the development of new perspectives, patterns and pathways, and fostering meaningful, lasting change.
“Self realisation is a new level of completeness.”
